the lowercase letters are finally done. next up is the uppercase, then numbers, then punctuation, then ligatures and alternates. almost there…
i’ve been asked several times about whether i’ll ever make a font out of the blackletter type style i’ve become associated with. up until yesterday the answer was no, but i’ve finally decided to pursue this in an attempt to make something i can be really proud of. the whole idea behind this is that it will be an opentype font with an assortment of alternates, ligatures, swashes, etc with the ability to interchange pieces seamlessly. i hope this works out as well as i have it planned out in my head. anyway, i started designing some basic lowercase forms tonight. keep checking back for progress updates.
